Return & Refund Policy
At Greenry Magic Points, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with the utmost care. Because our products are curated for quality and hygiene, we maintain a specific policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.
1. General Policy Overview
We maintain a no-return policy for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
The incorrect item was delivered.
Request Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 6 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: To qualify for a return or replacement, you must provide a continuous unboxing video. The video must show the package being opened from the very beginning (before any seals or tape are cut) without any edits, cuts, or transitions.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth resolution, please ensure the following conditions are met:
The product remains unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
The issue (damage or defect) is clearly visible in the mandatory unboxing video.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or the seal is broken.
A valid, unedited unboxing video is not provided.
The damage occurred due to handling after delivery.
The item was purchased as part of a “Sale” or “Special Offer” (unless it arrived damaged).
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Reach out within 48 hours via email at info@greenrymagic.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9168064862.
Submit Evidence: Provide your Order ID, the unboxing video, and high-resolution images of the damaged item.
Verification: Once our team verifies the claim, we will coordinate the return pickup or replacement.
Inspection: Returned items undergo a quality check upon arrival. Once approved, we will process your replacement or refund.
Timeline: Replacement products are typically delivered within 7 business days.
4. Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (our team will contact you for details).
Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged/incorrect item).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
Any claim submitted without a valid unboxing video.
Promotional or “Special Sale” items.
