Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation for Prepaid Orders

  • Eligibility:
    Customers can request a cancellation for prepaid orders within 1 hours of placing the order.
    After this 24-hour window, the order may already be under processing or shipped, and in such cases, we will not be able to accept a cancellation request.

  • How to Cancel:
    To cancel a prepaid order, please contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation.
    Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if it falls within the eligible timeframe.

  • Refunds for Cancelled Prepaid Orders:
    If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    Depending on your bank or payment gateway, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

2. Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Flexibility:
    We understand that COD orders offer convenience, and therefore, you can cancel your COD order at any time before delivery.
    If you decide not to accept the order at the time of delivery, simply inform the delivery partner or contact our support team to cancel it in advance.

  • No Cancellation Fee:
    There are no additional charges for cancelling a COD order before shipment.

  • Repeated Cancellations:
    Please note that frequent COD order cancellations may lead to restrictions on placing future COD orders.
    We encourage responsible ordering to maintain a smooth experience for all customers.

3. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, we will not be able to process a cancellation request.
However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for options available after receiving your product.
