Return & Refund Policy

At Greenry Magic Points, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with utmost care. However, in rare cases where an issue arises, our Return & Refund Policy ensures fair support for our customers while maintaining transparency and trust.


1. General Policy

  • We follow a no-return policy for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return or replacement, customers must provide a proper unboxing video showing the package being opened from the start (before cutting any seal or tape) — without any edits or cuts in the video.


2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To ensure smooth processing, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory to verify that the damage or issue existed at the time of delivery.

  • Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

    • The product has been used or unsealed.

    • The customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video.

    • The product is damaged due to customer handling after delivery.

    • The product was purchased under a “Sale” or “Special Offer” category unless damaged on arrival.


3. Return Procedure

If your product meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product at [info@greenrymagic.in] or via WhatsApp.

  2. Provide your order ID, unboxing video, and images of the damaged item.

  3. Once verified, our team will guide you through the return pickup or replacement process.

  4. Returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and once approved, either a replacement or refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed.


4. Refunds (for Eligible Returns)

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • After getting approved ,The money will be sent to your account within 7-15 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be provided via bank transfer or store credit, as per customer preference.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products without an unboxing video proof.

  • Free gifts, promotional items, or products purchased during special sale campaigns.
